However, for custom orders, you cannot return or exchange your item(s) except for manufacturing mistakes, defects, or other quality problems.

A3: Stock toupee and wigs are available for immediate shipment within 3-5 working days.

For custom orders, production time will vary from 4-12 weeks depending on different types of knots or bases. Extra-long hair or full cap wig order will need additional two weeks.
